CWC staff retreat 2024
The 2024 staff retreat title “Recalibration: Going Back to the Basics” was another successful outing and a sign of great things to come. Cross section of the staff listening to the CEO's virtual presentation that took place at the Agosto Hotel, Abuja. The event was graced by Mrs. Jemima Jatau-Kyari, alumni of the famous Harvard University who was called upon to give a 45 minutes’ lecture which centres on the theme. Below is an excerpt from the lecture. “Recalibration is about introspection and visualization. Introspection means think, reflect and talk to yourself while visualization is simply learning new skills and pointing out what you desire to be on clear terms and monitoring your progress.” She said She went further to explain that staff need to visualize their attitude towards the core values; Integrity, honesty respect, comfort, safety and cleanliness, and gratitude.
